I should have posted this ages ago. Vera Yates (Ling) is again this year organizing a card drive to send cards to elderly people in nursing homes. This year she has teamed up with Jennifer McGuire and you can send your cards to either of them. Details and addresses here.
I am starting late this year, but I reckon I still have time to get a few done and posted in time to get to them before the end of the month.
Please help if you can, it is such a worthwhile cause.
