Silly me...

I belong to the class of people who would loose their heads if they were not attached to their necks. I forgot to enable the linking the entries for the challenge. It is fixed now - look at the bottom of the post below.

DT Inspiration, Challenge Winner and a brand new Challenge

First of all, many thanks for everybody that participated in the challenge and left comments. I love all the cards and have written down all the suggestions for new images.
I hope talent is contagious, I have a lot to learn from you all and the DT!

The winner of the challenge, chosen by random.org, is:

Number 2: Dotty Jo
Many thanks for taking part, Dotty Jo.

The winner of the second draw,  for the comments and the challenge participants are:

Card  #1: Sheila

and comment #10 by Wendy.

Congratulations! Please email me with your choice of the extra image and I'll send your prize asap!

Mami Doodles Challenge #2

The new challenge, set by Jackie, is:

"In the Garden"
It also must use ribbons.

We'd love if you participate in the challenge, the prize is a set of 3 digi stamps (two of my latest
and another of your choice).

Same rules applies, it can be any project (card, scrapbook page, altered art, etc),  you don't have to use any of the images from this shop and the expiry date is midnight, Wednesday 12th.

Comments win prizes too

I am always amazed that some people have much more in their plate than I do and still be much more creative and prolific than I am. So tell me your tip on how to find time and/or inspiration for you crafty projects and I'll do a draw for a coupla of stamps.

Any more entries for the challenge?

There's still 8 days left, why don't you have a go?

Some clarifications - there's no need to use any of my stamps, or any stamp for that matter. It can be a card, scrapbook page or any other project, as long as it uses the colours in the challenge.

*** Since I really really want to give away prizes this month, comments now get a prize too: ***

Leave a comment on the challenge post (this one) with a suggestion for a new image and I'll do a draw for the Midori kit. If you post an entry for the challenge, you're on for 2 draws, the challenge one and the comments one.

Come back here on Thursday to check my new digi stamp.

April Guest Designer Sabrina

Sabrina's card apart from being gorgeous is an interactive one, that's what she said:

"I made a little paper doll you could dress.
There are tabs on her dresses, but then I also used Sailor two-way glue as repositionable glue, so that I could "hang" them in the wardrobe. And although originally I was going to just pop the little girl up on thick foam dots, I realised that she'd be easier to dress if you could remove her altogether, so I used a Basic Grey magnetic snap to attach her to the card. For the background I just used some fancy textured Bazzill and a little cloud of butterflies.
Kimono papers were downloaded from the Canon website, scaling them down."

THE CHALLENGE

At the last minute we decided to add a challenge too.
Vera has set the first challenge, a colour challenge:

"Use wheat/khaki, sky blue and red."  Inspired by this picture, found here:

As you can see, Rachel, Vera and Jackie's entries fit the challenge and Deirdre has made an extra project to inspire you even more:

Link your entries here for a chance to get the Midori stamp plus a another of your choice.  I can't wait to see what you come up with!!!
